massage + reiki = the best of both worlds

Vicki Draper and Rose De Dan met while practicing separately at BandenHaus Holistic Pet Care at Cerne’s Healing Center. That chance meeting and the results of many other sessions culminated in their desire to combine their impressive array of healing modalities and over 16 years of practical experience for the best benefit of their clients.

Jere Hutchison, BandenHaus Holistic Pet Care, shares her observations about Vicki and Rose:

“For three years Rose has worked with dogs at BandenHaus, utilizing Reiki and shamanic healing techniques. I’m always amazed at how quickly the animals she works with are drawn to her and begging for a session, even before they have first-hand experience. She approaches each animal the same, regardless of their physical condition or emotional state—with warmth, love and attention to what they really need from her. It’s like miracles happen during each session. She’s helped dogs and cats through emotional traumas, others are able to cope better with disease or chronic pain, and finally she can help make your friend’s final days as peaceful as any owner could ever hope for.

“For the last year Vicki has worked with clients here at BandenHaus. She can provide a massage for dogs whose owners wants them to feel special, or she can provide ongoing therapy (massage, cranio-sacral, acupressure) for dogs with chronic physical problems or illnesses. The results speak for themselves: Dogs are walking better and experiencing less pain, owners are learning how to massage their dogs to help maintain their physical well-being, and issues relating to injuries are being resolved.

“Many of clients here at BandenHaus have experienced dual sessions with Rose and Vicki, and the results have been amazing; access to so many modalities enables a truly individualized approach that literally gives the client the best of both worlds.

“In closing, Vicki and Rose also work wonders with us humans, so if you haven’t experienced a session for yourself, you may want to give it a try, your life could change for the better in ways you probably can’t even imagine—just like mine did!”
